ABOUT THE ROLE
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a highly motivated candidate looking to launch their career in Recruitment/ HR. You will be joining our fast-paced and friendly team as a Recruitment Administrator.
We are just launching an in-house recruitment service so you will be involved in customising the new system, you will be responsible for administering all aspects of the recruitment process from guiding recruiting managers, to sending out offer letters, processing pre-employment checks, and supporting the onboarding process.
As part of your development, we will fund your level 3 Apprenticeship in HR including your CIPD Level 3 certificate which is a highly desirable qualification for anyone serious about a career in any area of HR.
You will be given access to a huge range of opportunities and we need someone who wants to grasp this with both hands and like a sponge, draw on all the knowledge and skills around them to reach their maximum potential.

The successful candidate will be a high calibre individual who is committed to quality service and keen to learn all they can about the world of recruitment and HR.
You need to be positive, self-motivated, keen to learn, professional and well organised to succeed in this role. We are more than happy to pour in all the support you require. We have a proven track record with apprentices- many of whom remain with us today at all levels of seniority across the organisation.
