Contract Positions
Housing Infrastructure Fund (HIF)
We’re putting a team together to deliver and oversee the planning, programming and delivery of the highways infrastructure following our successful £95m Housing Infrastructure bid. This overall HIF project will include a new community hub, primary school, new bridge across the M1 as well as the significant highway infrastructure.
As a key member of the HIF delivery team, you will be the key client contact with our highway service provider for these major £multi-million schemes from the early feasibility and scheme design principals through to guiding the final scheme designs.
You’ll also be overseeing and assisting with the procurement of major works schemes and NEC contractual arrangements, taking the lead officer role during major scheme consultations and project management to ensure stakeholder and customer engagements.
