MK Family Group Conference Service is recruiting!

Milton Keynes Family Group Conference Service is currently seeking to recruit Self Employed Independent Family Group Conference Co-ordinators.

As an Independent Co-ordinator of this process you will:

 

  • Support children/young people and their families, with information from the agencies, to enable them to find their own solutions to difficulties.

 

  • Have extensive experience of working with families and children/young people.

 

  • Have a clear child/young person and empowerment focus, excellent communication and organisational skills, excellent listening skills, negotiation, mediation and conflict management skills/qualifications.

 

  • Also have the ability to engage families with diverse/complex needs and support them to make realistic and robust plans to safeguard their children.

Salary:  

£19 per hour + expenses for new Co-ordinators.

£20.50 per hour + expenses for experienced Co-ordinators (at least 2 years’ experience).
