Who are we looking for?

We are currently recruiting experienced Social Workers to work in our Children and Family Teams, a department with an innovative approach to social work and strong family support ethos, committed to supporting children, young people and their families, and also every member of our successful team.


What skills/qualifications do I need?

  • Must be a qualified social worker with HCPC registration.

  • Must have completed your ASYE or have post qualifying experience

Salary and financial benefits

  • Salary up to £38,052 per annum for Social Workers

  • Salary up to £42,806 per annum for Senior Practitioners

  • Market supplement of £4000 per annum dependent on post

  • Local Government CARE pension scheme, considered to be one of the best and with an employer contribution rate of 19.7%

  • A generous minimum holiday entitlement of 27 days per year in addition to statutory and public holidays, rising to 31 days after 5 years.
